Auction Proxy Bid Sheet

All Proxy Bids must be received by Friday, April 28 at 3:00pm

If you are unable to attend the Auction on Friday, April 28, 2023, but would like to bid on items in the Live Auction, you can file a proxy bid.

Proxy bids for Silent items must be filed with the school in advance of the Auction. Proxy bids for Live Auction items may be filed with the school or with a friend. Please note, if you give your proxy bid to a friend, they must have your signed bid in hand at the end of the Live Auction and at check‑out.

Please fill out the proxy bid forms accurately and completely, otherwise your bid will not be allowed.

Think carefully before you place a proxy bid since it cannot be withdrawn, and if your bid is the highest it becomes a contractual obligation to purchase the item for which you have bid.

Proxy Bids may be emailed or given to Patti Lesando or Pam Chin, and must arrive by 3:30 p.m., Friday, April 28, 2023. Email to : development@longridgeschool.org
