Thank you for joining us for The Long Ridge School Roaring 20s Auction and Gala.
What better way to celebrate living in the 2020s than to be transported back to the Great Gatsby era.
We were excited to celebrate with you safely during this glamorous evening with fancy hors d’oeuvres and desserts, dancing, Prohibition-style cocktails, hand-rolled cigars out on the terrace, live music from B.D. Lenz and his 5 piece band and a lively auction full of fantastic items and experiences. All at the luxurious Waveny House in New Canaan.
The annual benefit is one of the school’s most important fundraisers. Donations and money raised are integral to realizing a shared vision: providing needed funds to increase the diversity of our student body, enabling us to attract and retain the best teachers, and ensuring that Long Ridge can continue to provide the formative education that students and alumni have valued for over 80 years. Our last annual benefit, thanks to the generosity of our community held in 2019 raised over $40,000, and in previous years we have raised over $140,000.
