Today we were informed that the Smart Lunch Program is being terminated. The change in food production facilities and the new partner failed to support the Smart Lunch level of service and, along with the new recipes and packaging, has caused myriad issues. the Harrigan family on the birth of Peter Stacey Harrigan on April 22. Peter weighs 8 lbs., 9 ozs. Big brother Tommy in Beginners says of his new brother, “He’s very, very tiny.”
